At Assaf Trading LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
